Mo's Digital Stamp Challenge #11...

Hi friends!  This post will be pretty quick, since I'm doing this while my family will be arriving any minute.  But I wanted to get it on here before they arrive.  I purchased a few digital stamps from Mo's Digital Pencil, and thought I'd do my first image for their current challenge.

I used Kai in the snow, and colored the image with my Prisma pencils, blending stumps & Gamsol.  The challenge was to use all white for everything else.  So, I used my Nestabilities & Cuttlebug embossing folders, and layered the white card stock.  Then added white ribbon with some glittered snowflakes.  I added white liquid pearls (my new best embellishment!) to the "snow" parts.  There are some stickles on the fluff balls that are on the hat & snowsuit.

Enjoy!!

Tilda with flower...

Hi friends!  This is my first time using a Magnolia stamp, and I love them!  Can I say it again...I love them!!  LOL  I will definitely be getting more of these stamps.  Can't believe how pretty they are.

I colored this with my Copic markers.  The card stock is regal rose, pink pirouette, mellow moss & white.  I had some left over retired Stampin Up patterned paper, and thought it looked sweet with this image.  The ribbon is from Papertrey, and I put 3 pearls in the top corner.  I used my scalloped border punch on the bottom of my patterned paper.  Wasn't sure if I would like having that many scallops on the card, but find it's just right now.  Enjoy!!

Merry Christmas...

Merry Christmas friends!  I wish everyone a blessed day, and hope you enjoy every moment with your family & friends.  This is yet another card I made using that clear stamp set from Inkadinkado.  Just love this Santa image!!  I added glitter to his beard, so he sparkles.  The snowflakes & sentiment are both retired stamps from Stampin Up!  Enjoy!!

Wonderful Pines...

Hi friends!  I found some cute digital stamps from Pollycraft, and I'm in love with another stamp company.  This is one of their freebie images.  I colored the image with my copic markers, and added white liquid pearls to look like snow.

The card stock is garden green, creamy caramel & white.  There is some misc patterned paper on it, which has pine trees also.  Then I stamped a sentiment from my Verve set, called Snow Wonderful.  I used my circle & scalloped circle Nestabilities to punch out the sentiment.  There is some white ribbon and 3 half pearls on the card also.

This is my entry for the current Pollycraft sketch challenge #30.  Enjoy!!

Chrismas Magic...

Hi friends!  I came home today and wanted to stamp, since I worked yesterday & didn't get the chance over the weekend.  Boy did I miss it!!  I've come to realize that stamping is a huge stress reliever for me.

This card is for Michelle Perkett's sketch challenge on Papercraft Planet, called MPC08.  It's also for Pile It On's Chip Chip challenge #28.  The hearts are all chipboard, which covers Pile It On's challenge.  The image/sentiment is a digital stamp from Michelle Perkett.  Lovely sentiment!!

I used riding hood red, black & white card stock.  The hearts were covered with white craft ink, and Martha Stewart coarse white glitter was sprinkled on while still wet.  The ribbon was tied around the hearts, and some of it was wound behind & above them.  One little heart is in the bottom corner, and I wish I'd covered it with red glitter.  Oh, well...it's too late to change it now!  hehe

There is paper piercing around each panel.  It's a 5.5 square card.  I'm really liking that size for my larger images.  Enjoy!!

Ildi Co. Kuma Cuddles Angel...

Hi friends!  This is my weekly post for Ildi Co.  We rec'd these new images about 2 weeks ago, and I love, love, love this angel!  It's my favorite of them all now!!

I colored the image with my Prisma pencils & Gamsol.  Then I added blue glitter to the wings, so they POP.  I used my straight corner punch & added some blue gems.  There is some ribbon tied around the main image, after I punched a hole with my horizontal slot punch.  The cardstock is chocolate chip, bashful blue, white & some misc patterned paper I had.

This was a challenge from one of my Crafty Critter blog group friends.  The challenge was to use SCS sketch SC243.  Really pretty sketch with these colors.  Enjoy!!

Silver White Snowflakes...

Hi friends!  I posted a challenge on to my Crafty Critter blog group, which was to make a card using LSC249 from SCS.  The challenge is to use only white or clear card stock & embellishments, with one color of ink.  So, I chose to combine it with the sketch challenge from CPS (Card Positioning System).

I used all white card stock & embellishments, with silver ink.  I even embossed the large snowflake to make it stand out more.  There are 3 panels that I used my Cuttlebug embossing folders on, to give it some dimension.  Then I added some white sheer ribbon & 4 half pearls to the card.

I have to say I love how elegant using white looks.  I've always wanted to do a card like this, but just never did.  So, this was a challenge to me also!  Enjoy!!

Simply the Best...

Hi friends!  This is another card I made for the Crafty Critter blog group.  The challenge was to use TLC39 from SCS, which is paper piecing.  I decided to use my C.C. Designs stamp Sweet Kiki LaRue for this one.  The paper piecing was done on her dress.

The card stock colors are riding hood red, lemon tart (PTI) & white.  I used some retired Stampin Up patterned paper.  I've begun using more patterned paper on my cards, which has been a slow process for me.  I used to never use it, because I used it on my scrapbook pages. Well, I decided to use it on both now.  It really adds something extra to the cards.

I colored the image in with my Copic markers, and pieced the dress on.  The sentiment is from a new stamp set I won over on Verve.  The set has all thank you sentiments in it, and I just loved this one with the card.  There is some lemon tart ribbon around the middle panel.  I punched out some corner pieces in riding hood red & lemon tart, and added them to two corners of the card.

This card took me forever to do!  I couldn't get all of the Crafty Critter challenges done, simply because I spent so much time on this one.  Oh well, I'm happy with how the colors are so it was worth it to me.  Enjoy!!
